Job summary

JV Recruitment is seeking a Site Supervisor for remedial construction projects in Sydney. Lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality across high-value remedial works including concrete repair, waterproofing, and facade remediation.

The role offers a clear path toward Site Manager or Project Manager, with exposure to senior management and a stable pipeline of iconic projects across Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian remedial construction projects (concrete repair, waterproofing, facade refurbishment, defect rectification).
• Strong ability to manage work in inhabited multi-residential or commercial buildings.
• Proven ability to manage sub-contractors, lead site safety, and progress into higher roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations across remedial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
• Manage quality control, site documentation, and project reporting
• Work closely with project management teams and clients to achieve successful project outcomes
