Job summary

Weareseeking an experienced Tradesman Waterproofing Applicator to join a leading residential waterproofing company in New South Wales. This is a full-time role with excellent earning potential on premium residential projects and long-term career growth.

You will work with an experienced team installing high-quality sheet membrane waterproofing systems across residential construction sites, with ongoing training to keep skills current.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet membrane waterproofing installation.
• Ability to independently install sheet membrane waterproofing systems.
• Experience with PVC membrane systems or similar waterproofing products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Experience working on residential construction projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Current driver's license.
• White Card.
• Reliable, motivated and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Installs sheet membrane waterproofing systems from substrate preparation through to final completion.
• Prepare and inspect surfaces before membrane installation.
• Complete waterproofing work to a high standard in accordance with industry requirements.
• Install PVC and other sheet membrane waterproofing systems.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Communicate professionally with builders, site supervisors and clients.
• Organise materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining workmanship standards.
• Participate in ongoing product and installation training.
• Represent the company professionally on all worksites.
