Job summary

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is a world-leading law firm seeking a senior LOA practitioner to lead client engagements end-to-end and advise senior in-house leaders. You will contribute to reshaping how legal services are delivered with a keen focus on AI and technology.

The role is based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney, full-time and embedded in our Digital Legal Delivery team. You will partner with clients to design transformations, drive adoption, and grow LOA capabilities across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
5+ years' experience in legal operations and transformation.
Proven track record managing complex projects end-to-end.
Deep knowledge of operating model transformation and legal tech.
Strong data handling with data visualization capabilities.
Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Advise senior leaders on the legal operating model with AI awareness.
Lead day-to-day engagement, scoping, planning and delivery of client deliverables.
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, translating complex concepts.
Develop client-facing solutions and monitor trends, focusing on AI.
Build relationships with clients and align LOA services to needs.
Support business development and contribute to proposals.
Coach junior team members during delivery.
