Leaders is seeking an Insights Platform Assurance Lead to helm analytics and data platform initiatives in Queensland. The role focuses on delivering BI solutions using modern data technologies, guiding data operations, and driving platform reliability in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will lead cross‑team efforts, optimise data pipelines, and apply agile practices to meet stakeholder needs while managing complex data ecosystems for large-scale organisations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering analytics/BI solutions using modern data technologies.
• Experience in data ops, platform support or data engineering for large organisations.
• Leadership of Data Operations including environments and governance.
• Strong cloud data platform expertise (Azure and/or AWS) and related tooling.
