Peoplebank is seeking an Insights Platform Assurance Lead to drive analytics/BI excellence in Brisbane. Hybrid role spanning data operations, cloud platforms, and performance tuning.

The ideal candidate leads data ops in large-scale environments, demonstrates strong Azure/AWS data platform expertise, and thrives under pressure in an agile team. You will coordinate with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and ensure robust data pipelines across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering analytics/BI solutions using modern data technologies.
• Experience in data ops/platform support/data engineering (large enterprises).
• Leadership of Data Operations in cloud environments.
• Strong Azure/AWS data platform expertise.
• Performance tuning, pipeline monitoring and query optimisation.
• Agile mindset; proactive and able to deliver under pressure in complex environments.
