Job summary
Alder Group in Queensland is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to establish and lead our enterprise data and AI capability. You will design the data platform, governance and reporting frameworks, delivering insights and AI-enabled solutions to improve business performance.
Reporting to the General Manager - Information, Data & Technology, you will guide architecture, integrations and analytics from ground up, partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data solutions and automation
Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise data platforms, modern data architectures or data warehousing.
- Strong data modelling, integration, reporting and analytics skills.
- Knowledge of data governance, automation and AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Alder's enterprise data platform and governance.
- Develop reporting solutions and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Lead initial requirements gathering, options analysis and design phases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement.
