Proven HRIS leadership with governance, enhancements and release management.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across functions.
Workday certifications covering HCM, reporting and integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead administration, governance and optimisation of Workday as the functional owner.
Plan and deliver system enhancements, releases, upgrades and maintenance.
Translate business requirements into practical HRIS solutions with stakeholders.
Support capability development and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
