Job summary

Silk Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Bondi Beach. This permanent part-time role requires leadership of the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas meet 4- to 5-star standards, with a hands-on approach to daily operations and guest satisfaction.

We offer an hourly rate with superannuation paid on all hours worked, weekend penalty rates, and ongoing training and career development opportunities across Australia’s leading hospitality provider.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping and/or supervisory experience.
• Available to work 5 days per week and a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Professional presentation with a strong focus on quality and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the housekeeping team to deliver 4- to 5-star service standards.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standard, including detailed cleaning and replenishment of amenities.
• Supervise daily operations, including room allocations, inspections and team productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, service pantries and public spaces.
