Job summary

Maxibor Australia Pty Limited is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join our Jacobs Well team in Queensland. The role involves managing multiple HDD and civil infrastructure projects from planning through close-out, coordinating drilling crews, plant, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining safety, quality, programs, and budgets.

You will engage with clients, principal contractors and internal stakeholders, and travel to project sites across Queensland and NSW as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience managing civil construction or infra projects.
• Experience in HDD, trenchless construction, pipelines or major civil works is valued.
• Strong understanding of project programs, budgets, cost control and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HDD and civil projects from award to completion.
• Develop and maintain project programs, budgets and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate crews, plant, subcontractors, suppliers and materials.
• Plan mobilisations and site readiness for Maxibor crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Liaise with clients, engineers and stakeholders; prepare reports.
