Job summary

VINCI GROUP – SPIECAPAG AUSTRALIA is seeking an experienced Project Manager with HDD project experience to lead major infrastructure initiatives. You will oversee planning, mobilisation, delivery, and governance to ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

Based from Perth or Brisbane initially, you will mobilise to project locations across Victoria or Tasmania, manage diverse teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with significant project management experience in construction, infrastructure or pipeline sectors.
• Proven ability to manage projects from contractor side within Tier 1 or major environments.
• Strong commercial capability including forecasting, cost control and contract administration.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project mobilisation, setup and day-to-day delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Drive safe project delivery by promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, productivity and quality to achieve targets.
• Prepare, monitor and report on forecasts, cost to complete, margins, risks and project performance.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, payment claims, invoicing and client approvals.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and internal functions; identify improvements.
