Job summary

Alloggio in Noosa is seeking a Lead Handyman to keep properties safe, functional and guest-ready. You will inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical and carpentry, while leading a small team of staff and contractors.

With routine preventative maintenance schedules and strong guest communication, you will ensure high-quality workmanship across a growing Noosa property portfolio. This is a full-time, stable role with a national brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as handyman or maintenance supervisor.
• Strong carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting skills.
• Leadership experience with ability to train and manage a team.
• Current driver's licence.
• Comfortable using Zoho Learn or similar software.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Strong interpersonal skills with guests and owners.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance staff and contractors.

About the Role

As Lead Handyman, you'll keep our Noosa properties safe, functional and guest-ready. You'll carry out routine and urgent repairs, lead a small team of maintenance staff and contractors, and build preventative maintenance schedules that keep issues from escalating.

Key responsibilities

Duties

• Conduct property inspections and complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests

• Liaise with guests, owners and internal teams on maintenance updates

Skills & Experience
