Job summary

Alloggio in Kingscliff is seeking a Casual Host Inspector to help ensure our properties are guest-ready and beautifully presented.

You’ll conduct pre- and post-guest inspections, manage welcome packs and signage, and coordinate with housekeeping to resolve issues swiftly.

This role suits someone with hospitality or facilities experience, a warm, customer-first attitude, and the flexibility to work 20–30 hours weekly as needed.

• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or facilities management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducting pre- and post-guest inspections to ensure properties are ready and maintained to the highest standards.
• Managing property presentation, ensuring welcome packs and signage are accurate and appealing.
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain smooth operations.
• Managing amenities, inventory, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Liaising with Client Service Executives to provide feedback and assist with urgent repairs or maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

As a Host Inspector, you’ll play a key role in property inspections, ensuring homes are perfectly prepared for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting pre- and post-guest inspections to ensure properties are ready and maintained to the highest standards.
• Managing property presentation, ensuring everything from welcome packs to signage is spot on.
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any issues, ensuring smooth operations.
• Managing amenities, inventory, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Liaising with our Client Service Executives to provide feedback and assist with urgent repairs or maintenance.
