Job summary

Ashdown People is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a Green Space Infrastructure Project in New South Wales. This contract role focuses on delivering local infrastructure outcomes with strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery over a multi-year horizon, lead a small team in the field, coordinate with contractors and authorities, and ensure WHS compliance and risk management across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in project management environments.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Landscape, Horticulture, Project Management or related field.
• Experience managing long-duration delivery projects (3+ years).
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to develop others.
• Experience managing broad and diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for infrastructure works in the field.
• Manage project risks and competing priorities within your portfolio.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and authorities to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure WHS compliance per NSW Health and Safety acts and regulations.
