Job summary

Citygreen International in Sydney designs and installs engineered tree and stormwater systems. The Project Delivery Manager will run delivery of installed projects across Greater Sydney and NSW, managing subcontractors, programme, variations and margin.

You'll ensure installations align with approved drawings, lead pre-install meetings, maintain the quality record, and drive improvements from site to estimating. This is a hands‑on role requiring field leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the landscape industry and hands-on site supervision
• Ability to read/mark landscape and civil plan sets
• Direct landscape or civil crews to meet scope/quality
• Current NSW drivers licence and willingness to travel
• Knowledge of excavation, compaction, drainage and soil profiles

Responsibilities

• Plan and run delivery of installed projects from contract award to handover
• Engage, brief and supervise installation subcontractors
• Own programme, scope and variations; price variations before work proceeds
• Protect project gross margin against the costed estimate
• Manage site safety obligations with subcontractors and principal contractor
• Run project close-out and lessons learned, feed back into estimating
• Review installations against drawings; manage BuildPass review
• Run pre-installation meetings; coordinate with landscape architects/civil engineers
