Job summary

Citygreen is seeking a Project Delivery & Technical Manager to run large Sydney/NSW projects from award to handover. You will manage subcontractors, hold the programme, and protect margins while collaborating with landscape architects, engineers and councils to shape projects at the design stage.

The role offers a base salary of A$115,000–A$135,000 plus superannuation and Growth by Sharing, with opportunities to lead technical discussions and site-safe delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the landscape industry, with on-site supervision experience.
• Proven track record directing landscape or civil crews to meet scope and quality.
• Ability to manage programme, variations and margins on projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with designers, engineers and councils.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run delivery of installed projects from contract award to handover.
• Engage, brief and supervise installation subcontractors on a piece-rate model; build Sydney panel.
• Own programme, scope and variations; price variations before work proceeds.
• Protect project gross margin against the costed estimate; manage site safety obligations.
