Qualifications

• Experience leading a produce or grocery team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage stock levels, ordering and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of produce assistants.
• Deliver an exceptional fresh produce offer through quality, availability and presentation.
• Manage stock ordering, inventory control and daily replenishment.
• Minimise shrink through stock rotation, quality control and waste management.
• Create attractive displays that drive sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor department sales, margins and profitability targets.
• Manage labour costs, rosters and team productivity.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, food safety and workplace safety.
