Job summary

Coles Hastings is seeking a Fresh Produce Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the fresh produce department, reporting to the Store Manager, and ensure the store presents a welcoming, engaging experience for customers and team members.

You will coach and develop the team, manage stock, rotations, waste and quality control, drive a one-team culture, and deliver pride in every shift while maintaining health and safety as a priority.

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct leadership experience coaching and developing a team to meet targets and rostering requirements.
• Maintain department standards including stock rotation, waste and quality control.
