Job summary

Ritchies Supa IGA in Beechworth is looking for a hands-on Fresh Produce Manager to lead a busy department. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and staff rostering while ensuring freshness and safety standards are met.

You will train team members, drive KPI performance, and contribute to local business growth with a strong customer-first mindset in a community-focused supermarket.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in managing inventory and merchandise.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Good knowledge of Fresh Produce.
• Retail passion and experience.
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused approach.
• Food handling certificate; knowledge of HACCP and OH&S procedures.
