Job summary

Service Stream in Adelaide is seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to lead wastewater operations at the Hope Valley depot, SA. You will guide day-to-day activities, mentor field teams, and ensure safety, quality, and customer service standards are met.

Responsibilities include managing works programs, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strong client focus and collaborative relationships with the broader project team.

Qualifications

• Current Drivers Licence
• White Card
• Certificate IV in Civil Supervision or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure efficient delivery of planned, reactive, and maintenance activities
• Lead emergency response activities and incident management reporting when required
• Ownership of works management systems, data accuracy, and reporting integrity
• Manage budgets and cost control within delegated limits
• Provide supportive people leadership, coaching, and training
• Conduct regular field audits and collaborate with field teams
