Job summary

Sunwater in Rockhampton is seeking a hands-on Supervisor - Operations to lead frontline teams responsible for major dams, pipelines and treatment facilities across the Fitzroy Region, delivering reliable water to communities, agriculture and industry while prioritising safety.

You will apply supervisory leadership, a Certificate III in Water Operations and knowledge of asset management systems, while coordinating works, managing outages and engaging stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Supervisory leadership experience in water infrastructure.
• Knowledge of maintenance activities and safe work practices.
• Experience with asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline teams delivering operations and maintenance.
