Job summary

Petit Crenn Melbourne, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is a premium cafe and wine bar in Melbourne. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead and support the Bar & F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences from Tuesday to Saturday, including rostering, payroll, and onboarding.

You will uphold service standards, food quality, and presentation, conduct coaching, monitor guest feedback, and drive sales through menu knowledge and promotions. Strong wine knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a Food & Beverage supervisory or leadership role in high-end venues.
• Experience using rostering, time & attendance, and POS systems.
• Strong focus on guest experience and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Bar and F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences from Tuesday to Saturday.
• Manage rosters, timesheets, payroll and onboarding/training of team.
• Ensure service standards, food quality, and presentation meet brand standards.
