Job summary

W3Global's client, a European automotive workshop, is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a busy service operation handling BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Porsche, and Land Rover repairs and diagnostics.

You will manage daily workflow from arrival to completion, allocate work to technicians, liaise with customers, prepare quotes, ensure workmanship quality, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• Experience leading a workshop team and coordinating technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workshop schedule and workflow.
• Allocate work to technicians and apprentices.
• Support workshop staff and monitor progress of jobs.
• Liaise with customers and provide repair updates.
• Prepare quotes and obtain customer approvals.
• Review technician findings and recommended repairs.
• Order parts and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure jobs are invoiced accurately and completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop.
• Collaborate with the business owner to improve performance.
