Job summary

Service Stream is recruiting an Estate Upkeep (EU) Supervisor to lead the EU function across the Defence Base at Larrakeyah Defence Precinct, NT. You will manage in-house staff and external contractors, maintain estate standards, and ensure SLA compliance while upholding safety and environmental regulations.

You must have supervisory experience in estate upkeep or facilities management, knowledge of permits-to-work, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate CMMS software.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in estate upkeep or facilities management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and permits-to-work.
• Experience managing in-house teams and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Estate Upkeep function across the designated Base Security Areas.
• Coordinate in-house staff and external contractors.
• Issue permits-to-work and ensure safety/compliance.
• Conduct toolbox talks and pre-start meetings.
• Perform post-work quality inspections and audits.
• Ensure SLA requirements are understood and met; maintain records.
