Job summary

A leading infrastructure services company in Canungra is seeking a Leading Hand – Estate Upkeep to join their team. In this role, you will manage an estate upkeep team focused on delivering maintenance services within Defence sites. The ideal candidate will have a general trade background, experience in leadership, and possess a QLD/NSW trade license. This position requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to high-quality outcomes, and the ability to obtain a Defence Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory).
• Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Estate Upkeep team to conduct trades work delivering estate maintenance.
• Capture KPIs and work performance metrics.
• Ensure all work aligns with required standards and requirements.
• Identify and manage risks associated with works delivery.
