Job summary

A boutique law firm in Perth's inner west is seeking a senior estate litigator to lead complex probate and executor matters. You will take carriage of cases from instruction through resolution, collaborating closely with partners from day one.

You will bring 4+ years of PAE in estate or contentious probate litigation, WA admission, and a collaborative, knowledge-sharing approach to the team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PAE in estate or contentious probate litigation.
• Admission to practise in WA.
• Confidence taking carriage of your own matters and managing your own workload.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act for clients in contested and non-contested estate matters, including probate applications and will disputes.
• Run complex files from first instructions through to resolution, with real carriage of matters from day one.
• Work closely with partners and contribute to the team’s knowledge and success.
