Job summary

AFL Recruitment - Accounting Financial Legal in Sydney is seeking a Wills/Estate Planning and Litigation Lawyer at Senior Associate/Special Counsel level to lead the succession practice with autonomy and impact.

You will manage your own caseload across estate planning, trusts, probate, and contested estates, while mentoring juniors and contributing to business development within a fast-growing, award-winning firm.

Qualifications

• Admitted as a NSW lawyer with 6+ years post-admission experience in wills and estates.
• Broad experience across estate planning, wills, administration and estate litigation.
• Preferably Accredited Specialist in succession law or pursuing Graduate Diploma/Master of Laws in Wills/Estates.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across advisory, transactional and litigious succession matters.
• Lead, mentor and train junior lawyers and paralegals as the practice grows.
• Support business development and client growth for the succession practice.
