Job summary

Practicepeople is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join a well-established Wills, Estates & Succession Planning team in Perth, WA. You will work on high-quality estate planning, succession, and dispute resolution matters, with clear opportunities for professional development and career growth.

The role focuses on advising clients on wills, trusts and related documents, managing estate disputes, and mentoring junior team members within a collaborative, client-focused firm.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' post-admission experience or equivalent level.
• Experience in wills, estates, trusts, succession planning and estate disputes.
• Strong drafting, client relationship and communication skills; able to work independently and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on wills, trusts, estate planning and succession strategies, drafting complex testamentary wills and related estate planning documents.
• Manage estate litigation and dispute resolution matters, including document preparation, research and liaising with barristers and experts as required.
• Build and maintain client relationships through consultations, legal advice and mentoring junior team members.
