Eastwood Law in Western Australia seeks an experienced litigation lawyer to join our specialist estate disputes practice. You will independently manage a diverse caseload of contested estates, wills and probate matters, with mentorship from senior practitioners.

You will draft pleadings and court documents, conduct research, advise clients on prospects and costs, and appear in the WA Supreme Court. You will also develop client relationships and contribute to firm development.

Formación

• LLB or JD required.
• WA practising certificate and admission to practice.
• 2–4 years post-admission experience in litigation.
• Experience in estates disputes, wills, probate or related litigation.
• Experience drafting court documents, pleadings and affidavits.
• Strong legal research, analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of estate litigation files independently with supervision.
• Conduct initial client consultations and provide preliminary advice.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, court documents and letters.
• Appear in WA Supreme Court and handle settlements and trials.
• Maintain detailed file notes and regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategies and advise clients on prospects, risks and costs.
