Lead EPC Construction PM: Gold Processing Plants (WA)

Job summary

Interquip, a MACA Ltd division, is delivering EPC/EPCM projects in Western Australia. The role leads major EPC construction works from design to handover, coordinating multiple fronts across process plants and site services.

The ideal candidate has a Engineering degree and 5+ years in construction project management on remote resource projects, with gold processing knowledge considered an advantage. Strong communication across all levels is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience in Construction Management.
• 5+ years experience in a Construction Project Manager (or similar) role on remote resource projects (circa $100M+).
• Understanding of Processing Plant construction; gold processing experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary construction across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
• High level communication skills: written, oral and presentation; ability to engage with people at all levels.
• Developed estimating, scheduling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major EPC construction works from engineering design through to completion and handover.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and key stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent construction fronts across process plant, infrastructure and site services packages.
