You will manage workflow, review financial statements, and develop team capability while aligning outputs with tax requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Professional qualifications such as CA ANZ, CPA Australia, or CTA highly regarded.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in public practice accounting.
• Knowledge of tax principles and experience reviewing financial statements, workpapers, and multi-entity jobs.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and develop business services staff within the Tax Advisory team.
• Review compliance jobs, financial statements, and tax-related work for accuracy.
• Provide on-the-job training to address technical knowledge gaps.
• Monitor team KPIs and contribute to performance reviews.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements for diverse clients.
• Coordinate tax compliance work (BAS/IAS, payroll tax, FBT) and advisory tasks.
