Ledger Talent Recruitment Pty Ltd in Brisbane Bayside is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead a high-value client portfolio within Public Practice. You will oversee advisory services, tax planning and team development while shaping the firm’s strategic direction.

You will inherit an established portfolio and production team, reporting to the Director and collaborating with senior management to drive growth and client outcomes.

Formación

• 8–10 years Australian public practice experience across Business Services and Tax.
• Current experience as a Client Manager, Senior Client Manager or Business Services Manager.
• At least 3 years of experience at Manager level.
• Strong knowledge across individuals, company, trust, partnership and SMSF taxation.
• Experience with Division 7A, CGT and structuring.
• Proven experience managing client portfolios and advisory services.
• Experience reviewing work, managing workflows and developing junior accountants.
• Strong communication and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Experience with Xero.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of high-value business clients.
• Providing strategic business advisory, tax planning and compliance services.
• Advising on business structures, asset protection and succession planning.
• Conducting strategic client meetings and acting as a trusted adviser.
• Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and other accounting work for quality.
• Leading, mentoring and developing your team with regular performance reviews.
• Overseeing workflow, deadlines and delivery standards across your portfolio.
• Working with the Director and senior management to grow the business.
