Job summary

Service Stream is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the maintenance of critical electrical, tolling and ITS assets on Australia's Westlink M7 motorway. You will drive safety, reliability and performance while coaching field technicians and contractors across NSW.

The role combines hands-on leadership with planning for preventative and corrective maintenance, incident response and continuous improvement within a regulated transport environment.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining electrical infrastructure in major road or transport environments.
• Experience with ITS and tolling systems.
• Proven experience supervising field teams.
• Ability to manage maintenance schedules and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance across electrical, ITS and tolling assets.
• Supervise technicians, apprentices and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Plan inspections, testing, commissioning, fault finding and repairs.
• Coordinate emergency response and service restoration for motorway systems.
• Maintain asset records and compliance documentation.
• Manage spare parts and inventory to support reliability.
