Job summary

Service Stream is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to lead a team maintaining critical electrical and ITS assets on one of Australia’s busiest toll roads. You’ll drive safety, reliability and performance while mentoring field technicians across lighting, switchboards, tolling equipment and power distribution.

You will ensure safety, compliance with AS/NZS standards, and effective incident response, with a hands-on leadership approach to coaching and capability development across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining electrical infrastructure within major road, transport or critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience with ITS assets and tolling equipment is preferred.
• Proven supervisory and mentoring capabilities for field-based electrical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance across electrical, ITS and tolling assets.
• Supervise technicians, apprentices and subcontractors to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, fault finding, repairs and energisation activities.
• Oversee emergency response and service restoration for motorway systems.
• Manage permits, LOTO and compliance with safety regulations.
