Job summary

KBR's Infrastructure Solutions business seeks an experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to lead design and delivery of electrical systems for Defence and secure infrastructure across Australia. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from concept to construction.

This senior role requires strong knowledge of Australian standards, client engagement and project leadership, with a Baseline Security Clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in electrical building services design.
• Strong understanding of Defence infrastructure requirements.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of electrical building services across Defence projects.
• Provide technical leadership for LV power distribution, lighting, standby and emergency power, ICT, security, earthing, and renewables.
• Act as lead electrical discipline engineer on major multidisciplinary projects.
• Manage deliverables, resources, budgets and programme requirements.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with other disciplines for integrated solutions.
• Prepare and review technical reports, calculations and design documents.
