Una Taringa in Brisbane is seeking 2 Diploma qualified Lead Educators to join our nature-based early childhood program. You will contribute to a wild-at-heart learning environment, guiding children aged 6 weeks to 5 years and supporting educators across five classrooms.

Join a family-owned team focused on nature-based exploration, outdoor play, and holistic development. Successful applicants must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safe sleep practices.
• Child Protection and Food Safety certifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
• Current Blue Card and First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
• A genuine passion for nature-based early childhood education.

Una Taringa is an Exceeding Service, it has 5 classrooms, providing care for 90 children. With excellent facilities, natural outdoor environments, and fresh meals prepared daily by our in-house chef, we create enriching environments for both children and educators.

We are looking for 2 Diploma qualified Lead Educators to start 27th December 2026.
