Job summary

UNA KIDS is seeking a permanent part-time Educator at Highfields to join our nature-based program, guiding children aged 6 weeks to 5 years within a bush setting. You will foster curiosity, resilience and a love of learning while supporting children, families and fellow educators.

The role emphasizes nurturing relationships, professional collaboration, and ongoing access to training and development within a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 qualification or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• Nurturing, professional attitude.
• In-depth understanding of current legislation, NQS requirements, EYLF and current pedagogy that influences practice.
• Blue Card (Paid).
• Safe Sleeping, Child Protection, and Food Safety certifications (or willingness to complete during induction).

Responsibilities

• Be an inspiring Educator who supports fellow team members to create warm and inclusive environments for children.
• Build trusting, nurturing relationships with educators and children and collaborate with families and communities.

What You Need
