Kool Beanz Suffolk Park is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join our privately owned and operated Centre. You will lead a dedicated team, implement child-led programs under the EYLF, and build strong ties with local schools and families.

The role requires WWC and First Aid, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for early childhood development. We offer professional growth, supportive management, and a vibrant community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience: previous experience as a Lead Educator in an early childhood setting.
• Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR equivalent approved by ACECQA.
• Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification. Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for Education: Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.
• Documentation & Planning: Strong skills in documenting and planning for individual learning needs and general administration.
• Work Authorisation: Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
