Kool Beanz Suffolk Park is hiring an Assistant Educator to join a purpose-built centre serving up to 42 children. You will support learning experiences, build strong relationships, and help meet NQS while rotating across rooms as a Float Educator.

The role is ideal for someone with Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working toward it), WWC and First Aid on hand or prepared to obtain them, and a passion for nurturing young minds in a vibrant community setting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working toward it.
• WWC and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the educator team to deliver EYLF-aligned programs and child-led learning.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, colleagues and the community.
• Assist the centre to meet National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Provide flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator.
