Kool Beanz Suffolk Park is hiring an Assistant Educator to join a purpose-built centre serving up to 42 children. You will support learning experiences, build strong relationships, and help meet NQS while rotating across rooms as a Float Educator.

The role is ideal for someone with Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working toward it), WWC and First Aid on hand or prepared to obtain them, and a passion for nurturing young minds in a vibrant community setting.

We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Educator who is Certificate III qualified or actively working towards their qualification. Key Responsibilities

• Providing flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

You Will Have

• Qualifications: Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working toward a qualification.
• Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification or willing to obtain these.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for Education: Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact
