Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher for a new Early Learning Centre in NSW. You will lead the Preschool room with a safe, nurturing environment and deliver a play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and joy.

You will mentor a team of educators, build strong relationships with families and the local community, ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS, and stay aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-equivalent
• NSW NESA Teaching Accreditation
• WWCC (NSW)
• 2+ years experience in a Room Leader role in Australian ECE
• EYLF and NQS knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead the Preschool room with a safe, nurturing space for children to thrive
• Develop and deliver a play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and joy
• Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families and the local community
• Mentor and support the team of educators in their professional growth
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and centre policies
