Job summary

Eden Academy Stirling is looking for a visionary Lead Educator to guide our Nursery, shaping an inspiring team and a world of wonder for young learners.

You will design engaging programs, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with families in a child-safe setting, with a 7am–6pm schedule and spaces designed for exploration.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Willingness and right to work in Australia.
• Two professional references from childcare/education settings.

We are looking for a visionary Lead Educator to join our Nursery room, ready to shape an incredible team and create a world of wonder for our youngest little learners. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

About you;

• You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian Working Rights
• A professional and friendly personal presentation
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
• A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
