Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators, driven to ignite creativity and curiosity through an image-led learning environment. The role emphasizes professional development through our National Learning, Research, and Development program and strong collaboration with a supportive Educational Leader.

Candidates must hold an AnACECQA-approved Diploma, WWC clearance, and required safety certificates; rotating shifts may start as early as 6:30 am

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (AnACECQA-approved).
• Working with Children Check (state-specific).
• Child Protection and National Safety Training Certificates.
• First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, 6:30 am–6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators.
• Provide learning and development opportunities via the NLRDP program.
• Support collaboration and creativity aligned with the Image of the Child.
• Access inclusion mentoring and internal development programs.
