Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current and State-relevant Working with Children’s Check.
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates (including CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002, CHCECE057 or GECCKO Training).
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators.
• Support and implement the National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program.
• Foster an environment aligned with the Image of the Child and collaborate with staff to promote creativity and curiosity.
