Job summary

Kool Beanz is seeking a Lead Educator for our brand-new service in Clear Island Waters. You will lead and support a team, create engaging spaces, and partner with families to deliver high-quality early education aligned with EYLF.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or be working towards it), current First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis, a Blue Card, and strong communication; enthusiasm and creativity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Paid Working with Children check (Blue Card).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Enthusiastic, positive, friendly attitude.
• Knowledge of EYLF framework.
• Strong verbal and written communication to build relationships.
