Kool Beanz Academy North Queensland is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to guide a dedicated team across Harrup Park, Bridge Road and Goldsmith services. You will implement child-led programs, mentor staff, and strengthen connections with families and local schools in a supportive, culturally rich setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in an early childhood setting and leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead your team to implement programs and EYLF.
• Build partnerships with local schools, families and the community.
• Help the centre meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.
