Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres is seeking a Lead Educator to mentor a team of Educators in a vibrant early learning setting. You will drive the NLRDP program and access ongoing learning opportunities while focusing on the Image of the Child and collaborative planning.

You will lead by example, support inclusion and wellbeing, and work closely with the Educational Leader to enhance documentation, practice and family engagement across a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working with Children's Check (state-relevant).
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Able to work rotating shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Familiar with National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Educators to achieve program goals.
• Promote the National Learning, Research and Development (NLRDP) initiatives.
• Support inclusion, wellbeing and reflective practice in daily activities.
• Collaborate with Educational Leader to guide curriculum and documentation.
• Engage families and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment.
