Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator in Western Australia to guide and mentor a team of Educators within our dynamic centre environment. You will facilitate ongoing professional development through our National Learning, Research, and Development program and ensure inclusive, safe learning experiences for every child.

Applicants must hold an AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WA Working with Children’s Check, and current safety training

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Current WA Working with Children's Check.
• Current WA Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator to mentor and guide a team of Educators to excellence.
• Support professional development and learning via the NLRDP program.
• Promote inclusion, safety, and wellbeing in line with policy.
• Collaborate with Educational Leader and implement best practices.
