Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators toward excellence. You will champion the National Learning, Research, and Development program and apply its learning to everyday practice.

With a strong focus on the Image of the Child, you will foster creativity and inclusion in a well-resourced, thoughtfully planned environment, supported by ongoing development and a broad range of internal programs.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check.
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator role mentoring a team of Educators.
• Support and implement the National Learning, Research, and Development program.
• Foster inclusion, wellbeing, and a strong learning environment for children.
