Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator to mentor a team of Educators and guide them toward excellence. The role emphasizes collaboration, reflective practice, and a strong focus on child-centered learning through the NLRDP program.

You will access development opportunities, including mentoring support, training platforms, scholarships, and a range of internal programs to grow your career while ensuring safety, inclusion, and wellbeing of all children in a vibrant setting.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current VIC Working with Children's Check.
• Current VIC Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator to mentor and guide a team of Educators to excellence.
• Support personal and professional development through the NLRDP program.
• Collaborate with the Inclusion Mentoring Team and Pedagogy Partner.
