Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators, transforming learning into an exciting journey within a supportive, well-resourced setting.

You will access NLRDP learning opportunities, including Aboriginal knowledge, pedagogy support, on-call mentoring, a NZ study tour, and wellness perks. Essential requirements include the Diploma, WWC, child safety training, First Aid, and readiness for rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Working with Children's Check.
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Transform learning into an exciting journey while guiding and mentoring a team of Educators.
• Provide learning and development opportunities through the NLRDP program and other initiatives.
• Foster collaboration to ignite creativity and curiosity in children within a well-resourced setting.
